POEM FOR AFRICAN TALES UH HUH --
JACKAL FAVORITE GAMES
by Curtrell Sumrall
Edward White School
2004/2005

Jackal played for fun that is all he cares.

He did not care about hurting or beating hare.

Everytime he plays he says "me first, me first."

Then jumps out and says suprise and sends hare a trip to the skies.

Jackal always get to hide.

One day jackal let hare hide.
In a big hole Hare will be inside.

Till Jackal came he thought it was not a game.
He thought it was a big eyed monster he lost his brain.

He found out it was hare.
He said hare was not playing fair.

Then they became best friends Jackal will never play for the fun of the game again.
